You can easily explore and download all the conversations you collect in the Conversation tab, which provides a detailed view of individual answers from your conversations. This allows for in-depth analysis of qualitative data and a deeper understanding of each respondent.
Click on the Conversation tab. At the top-right corner, you will find the total number of conversations and a list from which you can select specific conversatoin.
On the right side of the screen, you can view the details of each conversation. The first paragraph offers an AI-generated summary, providing a quick overview of the main information shared by the respondent.
The Key Info section presents the collected data in a table format, allowing you to analyze and organize the information efficiently. Additionally, you can click on Transcript to access the complete conversation transcript.
To export your conversations, click the Export button at the bottom left. You will receive an email from [email protected] containing a link to download the CSV file of your conversations.
The file includes the list of key info and the summary of each conversation. The email will be sent to the address associated with your Formless registration. Please note that the download link has an expiration time of one hour. If it expires, you can request a new link by clicking the Download button again.
Only the information related to the "info to collect" is exported in the download. If the conversation is longer and the respondent clicks "keep chatting," this information won't be available as a separate column in the download. However, you can still find it in the Summary of the conversation (available also in the download file) and in the full transcript available in the conversations tab.
