If you are on a Free or Pro Plan, your pricing with Formless remains unchanged. Hence, you might consider utilizing this option primarily for testing purposes. However, for larger contracts surpassing 5,000 conversations per month, you have the option for a custom plan when using your own OpenAI key. This allows you to have full control over your costs and potentially benefit from a higher token limit contract with OpenAI.

Now, let's walk through the process of adding your own OpenAI key:

Navigate to the small arrow located next to your account name and select Org Settings.

Within the Org settings, you'll find an option to add your own OpenAI key. Simply copy and paste your key from your OpenAI account into the designated field, then click "Save".

You’re all set! Your conversations, in the preview sessions and with your respondents, the AI summary in the Conversation tab, and parsing activities, will now be processed using GPT 4-turbo tokens associated with your OpenAI key. Tokens used during other activities, such as generating welcome screen or other part of the form, or create a formless with the “Just tell the AI” option will not be counted against your OpenAI key.

Additionally, we prioritize the continuity of service. If for any reason your key fails, the service will seamlessly transition to our own key. Rest assured, we'll notify you in the event of such an occurrence.
