It's always best to be considerate when engaging in conversations and not to keep repeating the same question. However, there may be times when you really do require particular information. In those situations, you have the option to make specific questions mandatory in your formless.

Here's how to configure this in the "Journey" section:

While in your formless, navigate to the "Journey" section. Next to each item, you'll notice a gear icon. Simply click on it to access the settings menu.

Activate the "Required" setting, and the question will become mandatory. The Required field can be enabled also for Multiple Choice questions.

Don’t forget to Publish your Changes and you’re ready to go!

If a user attempts to bypass the question, for instance by answering Skip, the AI will prompt them to answer it before moving on to the next question.
