When a question requires people to choose from a list of options, you need a Multiple Choice option. It is an essential feature that allows you to gather information quickly and enables respondents to answer with ease. Here’s how to use this useful type of question in your formless.

In the Journey section, you'll find a gear icon next to each item. Simply click on it to enter the setting menu and enable the multiple choice functionality.

In the Question type drop-down menu, select the Multiple Choice option. You can add different options and customize their order. Please note that for UI reasons, the maximum number of options allowed is 8.

Once multiple choice is enabled, respondents can easily select their preferred option by clicking the corresponding button.

Alternatively, they can type in a different answer if they cannot find a suitable option.

Additionally, multiple choice questions can allow for multiple selections. You can enable the Multiple Select by activate the option.
