Not everyone is design-minded, and that's perfectly fine. With Formless, you can create visually appealing conversations that align with your brand, even without extensive design knowledge.
Click on the Settings icon located at the top-left corner of the screen. This will take you to the General Settings.
Within the General Settings, you have the option to change the Title of your formless and you can adjust the main colors. The left circle represents the background color, while the right circle represents the text color. Choose colors that best represent your brand and ensure visual harmony.
To maintain visual consistency, it's important to choose or modify the visuals accordingly. You can adjust the opacity and position of visuals to better align them with your formless colors. This ensures a seamless integration of visuals within your formless.

Good design: Here’s an example of a design which works well. Use contrast and imagery to help your formless be easy to read and look visually appealing.
Bad design: Here’s an example of a poorly design welcome screen. The opacity of the background image is too high to read the overlaying text, which also has little contrast with the colors in the image.
