In a Formless conversation, the end arrives once all the questions, from the “Info to collect”, have been asked. As the interaction draws to a close, the respondent encounter a "Keep chatting" button on the final screen. By selecting this option, they can continue seeking answers or seeking clarifications through further questions.

If you prefer not to display the "Keep chatting" alternative and instead conclude the conversation following the resolution of the last question, you can opt to activate the end-screen feature.

Here's how you can do it:

Navigate to the Welcome & End Screen Section and activate the end-screen functionality.

Craft the message you wish to present at the conclusion of the conversation. Optionally, you can include a call to action. Upon initiating the call to action text, an additional text box will appear. This allows you to insert a URL, enabling the redirection of users to another web page.

This option is now available in the raw editor too. You can give instruction about how to end your conversation in the “Instruct the AI” section and in the Welcome & End Screen section you can add a link where to redirect your users at the end of the conversation.
