If you're an advanced user of our platform, you'll be pleased to know that we've developed a new version of our editor called the Raw Editor. This tool is designed to provide you with even more control over the data you are collecting and flexibility when building forms.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create a formless using the Raw Editor.
Start by clicking on "New formless" just as you would when creating a new formless in our raw editor. However, this time, you'll be using the Raw Editor. To access it, click on the bottom-right arrow, and a dropdown menu will appear. Select "Raw Editor.”
Once you've entered the Raw Editor, you'll notice that the interface is more streamlined and focused on giving you fine-grained control over your formless.
Let’s walk through key sections in the Raw Editor.
The "Instruct the AI" section is where you provide instructions to guide the AI's responses. In this editor version, all the information about the formless’ context, your business, and the specific data you want to extract should be prompted in this section.
You can choose from a list of predefined prompts that can help you get started quickly, or write your own prompts to tailor the formless to your specific needs.
You can personalize your welcome screen, and add a custom call to action at the end of your conversation to redirect your audience.
In the "Data Extraction" window, you can define the schema of the information you want to extract from the AI-generated responses. This feature allows you to structure the data you collect during the conversation.
By clicking on Auto Generate, the AI will provide a pre-defined prompt to structure your data, you can modify it to improve your data extraction. These information will be reflected in the Key Info summary in the form Conversations tab.
Below a comparison between the data schema and the key info.
