The Analytics section gives you a big picture overview of your formless’ performance, and a question-by-question analysis of response rate.

You can now find a new tab for each of your conversation, called Analytics.

Under this tab, you can find three different sections:

• Conversation Metrics: This chart shows an overview of completed, partial, and abandoned conversations over time.
• Journey funnel: This graph helps you see how users respond throughout the whole conversation. It shows the percentage of users who answered each question.
• Datapilot: Not available yet.

Conversation Metrics

In this section, you can explore the volume of conversations you’ve collected over time, getting a quick hint on how many conversations are completed, partial, and how many users have abandoned the conversation before starting.

You can filter by time and change the chart view between lines or bars.
